Cancellation Policy

Booking and Cancellation Policy. Regular rate: $165.00 per hour. Emergency rate: $200.00 per hour. Rate application: Emergency rates apply to requests made with less than 24 hours' notice. Booking Requirements Confirmation: All bookings require written confirmation via email or text. Deposit: New customers must provide a credit card authorization before dispatch. Minimum charge: Every booking carries a 4-hour minimum charge. Time tracking: Billing starts when the driver leaves our yard. Billing ends: Billing stops once the driver returns to our yard. Cancellation Terms Standard bookings: Cancel at least 12 hours before dispatch to avoid fees. Late cancellation: Cancellations under 12 hours incur a 2-hour standard fee ($330.00). Driver dispatched: Cancellations after dispatch incur the 4-hour minimum charge. Emergency bookings: Emergency bookings are non-refundable once the driver is dispatched. Weather delays: No fees apply if we cancel due to unsafe road conditions.
